Airolam flush doors are made up of the finest wood having gapless structures of solid blockboard core, vertical and horizontal that creates a pre-fixed frame. The blockboard is composed of wooden battens, which are pressed into the hot press for placing edge-to-edge between core veneers and bonding by best quality resin. The face veneers are chosen from the best quality wood to ensure the best quality doors. The door is then sanded to achieve uniform thickness. And pasted laminate by PUR hot melt glue, for better bonding between the door and laminate.
